AdPro’s founder and CEO, Kirk Sievert, is a long serving member of the Prosci research team, member of the Change Management Learning Center and an international instructor / speaker on the Prosci methodology and tools. Before joining Prosci Kirk served as the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for a major player in the financial services industry, where he lead or sponsored numerous large scale change projects.
