Janice is a results-oriented individual with a proven track record for delivering effective, value-added technical solutions in the healthcare, information technology and consulting industries. Recognized for exceptional ability to relate to the unique needs of the user community and operating groups, Janice has been in high demand as a manager and leader of change.
Janice has demonstrated her ability to deliver the benefits of large-scale software implementation projects, ranging from single site rollouts to extensive corporate and province-wide projects. Her initial experience focused on the development and delivery of customized training but she steadily progressed to becoming the leader of teams implementing change in multi-site environments.
Janice holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Nursing and a Nursing Diploma. She is certified by the American Board of Medical Death Investigators and as well as graduate of Dental Radiography. As a dedicated and active member of the College of Registered Nurses, Janice has been an impartial investigator on Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics adherence for the Province of Manitoba for more than five years. Janice is also the past President of the Manitoba Nursing Informatics Association.
In 2009 Janice shifted to helping organizations manage and build a competency in change management. She is Prosci certified and one of only five Certified Master Prosci Instructors in Canada.
